They are super kind and efficient. I recommend filling your application online and just providing them your confirmation number and they'll have you sorted in no time. They also gave us a sweet bumper sticker reading "Married in Las Vegas" and there’s an adorable heart before stepping inside their building- good for pictures. Cheers to memories that last a lifetime!

If you fill out your application online you will be able to go up to the window in a reasonable time. week days are less busy most of the time as long as you don't go on a holiday pr during busy hours. bring a valid id with you. There is a cute place to take pre-wedding and wedding day photos for couples, they also have something to remember your day with a photo machine it's really cool. They also have a really cute heart setup outside for photos just bring water if it's summertime so you don't get thirsty and a jacket during the winter/fall to prevent and don't forget to bring comfortable shoes with you to change in and out of if you will be walking around Fremont or on the strip so you can enjoy it comfortably.

The security guard at the door was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional for no reason. He called us out of the line and interrogated us about why we were there and what paperwork we had. Very unprofessional but still 5 stars because everyone else in the office was very nice. You need to fire that security guard, that is not how people getting married want to be treated. No one has been so rude to me in my life.

Came here 1-16-23, and it was a quick, pleasant experience! There was no line (we were in about 1 PM on a monday) and the woman at the desk was quick, efficient, and somewhat enthusiastic (we didn't expect a celebration by any means). We both liked having options for a souvenir marriage license as well! This place was also in walking distance of our hotel, so that was a plus.

Good experience! Lines seem long but move really fast! Everyone inside did stay 6 feet apart, which is great! After one person finished at the counter, one person would disinfect it and the next person would be called ! Lady at the counter was very friendly and informative.

We got our papers and married the same day on Halloween 2023! There is parking around and do come on time. We thought there would be a line since social media usually shows a long line and we didn't know what to anticipate. --Luckly it was only 6 people in line, including us. Staff was amazing and patient....hahaha I kept messing up with the signature, word of advice, dont do large signature, stay on the line. hahahaha.

Got here early and glad we did. Had to wait in line all the way around the building, even at 9 o'clock at night I was surprised it was so busy. The lady who helped us seemed like she had enough of that day but I get it if it's that busy people are just probably annoying the heck outta you. All in all a great experience and we got some cool gifts to take home!
